Lead Carpenter
Please read ALL before applying. We have been in business since 2005 and are looking for people who want to grow with a fun, professional company. We are in need of experienced carpenters/remodelers to add to our team.
What we expect
Applicants will need to have good people skills and good ethics. We want honest, professional people who take the same pride in their work as we do. Applicants must have reliable transportation (capable of hauling tools, lumber, ladders, etc.), a valid driver's license, and their own tools.
The projects we take on range from simple handyman repairs to windows and doors to large remodels to new homes. Ultimately, we would like what we consider a "lead carpenter", someone who can be in charge of projects from start to finish, by themselves or with a helper or two.
Please do not apply if you use illegal drugs or are a heavy drinker. Also understand that if we hire you then we and our clients will be counting on you to perform when and where you agree to. If there is drama in your life that will prevent you from being dependable, then please do not apply.
What to expect from us
Pay ranges from $20-$35/hr. to start and is based on performance. If you are skilled and efficient, we will pay more.
We offer benefits like paid holidays, paid time off, mileage reimbursment, tool and equipment discounts, group insurance discounts, etc. As our company grows, we will offer more benefits!
We will provide shirts, hats, jackets, etc.
We will provide any necessary training to make sure you will succeed with us!
If special tools are required for a job, we will provide them. We will also supply sundries like garbage bags, paint rollers, dust masks, drop cloths, saw blades, etc.
We encourage a work environment that is professional, fun, and has a strong sense of teamwork and family. We will never expect you to do something that you are not comfortable with or something that you are not skilled enough to do by yourself. If you need help to make sure that the job is done right the first time, then you will get it!
We are also interested in subcontracting projects if you are licensed and insured and can commit to adding projects to your schedule. Also, if you know someone who fits the description above and refer them to us, we'll pay you $100 if we hire them and they work for us for at least 30 days!
Salesperson

What we expect
Applicants will need to have the following:
- Experience and working knowledge of residential building and remodeling
- Good people skills (ability to listen well and communicate)
- Professionalism and tact
- Good ethics
- Willingness to learn
- Good personal hygiene
- Reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills (scheduling, prioritizing, follow-through)

Pay ranges from $18-26/hr. plus bonuses to start. Bonuses are comission-style and are based in part on performance.

We will train you in our procedures and methods, pair you with an existing salesperson until you are settled in, and provide support and continued training as needed to ensure your success.
